The Hamilton Commission

Brand identity for a new research partnership aimed at making motorsport as diverse as the complex and multicultural world we live in.

The Hamilton Commission will simultaneously address the under-representation of Black people in UK motorsport and the STEM sector. Improving diversity and inclusion across all engineering and technology sectors is a key priority of the Royal Academy of Engineering and as an Honorary Fellow, Lewis Hamilton has partnered with the Academy to undertake this research.

The result is a bold and iconic logomark that not only stands proud on its own, but also works cohesively with Lewis Hamilton’s wider branding.
